Everyone has a weakness, even if they refuse to admit it. Each skill your character has should be balanced with a weakness. Weaknesses define your character, and make him/her more three dimensional.
Vampires/Two-Natured with unique powers must also have some sort of limitation to that power - something akin to the weaknesses imposed upon the Psychics/Witches.
Weaknesses can include physical/combat, mental, personality flaws, and relational flaws (parent issues).
