A report of a driver who had been drifting near a local coffee house called the Bean Scene before hitting a passing woman. The article goes on to describe the scene; many people crowded around the woman, with police doing their best to keep on-lookers back at around 11:35PM. The driver of the blue sedan initially claimed to have seen a dog in front of his car, but later said that it was a woman. Other bystanders also claimed to have seen a large canine running across the street, so the details are slightly skewed.
The young woman was taken to the hospital soon after the accident, and doctors found that she surprisingly sustained only minor injuries. The specifics of these injuries were not given. She is not known to have any available family to contact, nor has she woken up yet. Citizens are urged to inform authorities if they have any information on the woman, as a purse with an ID was not found.
