As many of you are aware, there was an explosion of some sort at the city-sponsored vampiric pride parade.
Those who do not follow us have been quick to judge us as the culprits. This situation is not our fault, and while we believe that the vampires did not deserve such an event, we would not condone the injury of our own kind just to promote a point. It is no travesty to us that vampires in the crowds were injured, but it is with great sorrow that we mourn the loss of six human lives, and the injuries to many others.
We offer both our compassion and our support to our parishioners, and outreach said support to anyone that is seeking comfort in these troubled times.
