A large block party in West Dallas! Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with live Irish music, bagpipers, an arts fair, and a kids area. A pet parade and costume contest at 4 p.m. will benefit the Rutherford Veterinary Hospital of Dallas. Grisly Bar will be serving up Guinness and green beer from noon on!
