The new policy from this point forward is that if a player with a Supernatural (Vampire, Werewolf, Shifter, Witch, or Psychic) has not logged in for 45+ days without giving vacation notification or reasoning as to their absence, the character will be moved back to the CGEN so that someone else can have access to the slot. Should a player return after this fact, they will be allowed to re-submit their character if there is an open slot available, and/or apply for a new character where there is an open slot.
In regards to idle-camping on a character, if we see this being done, we will @mail a warning. If you, as a player, are sitting on a coveted Supernatural slot, and not even attempting to RP your character, or merely logging in once every two-weeks for a few minutes to an hour at a time, this is what we, as staff, will consider idle-camping. If we receive no response to the @mail within a 7 day period, or continue to see this behavioral pattern, your character may be moved back to the CGEN to open up that slot for someone who is active and interested in playing that type of character.
