DALLAS - After three days of searching, Hope Tyler has been found.
Police received a call this morning from the woman herself, who explained that she was taken by an unknown assailant to a hotel within the Dallas area. Miss Tyler seemed to be suffering from an acute stress reaction and was able to recall very little. Said Tyler, "I did not see the kidnapper, I don't know what they wanted. All I can remember is that I was tied to a chair in this hotel, and that eventually my fiance rescued me."
Police, who are still investigating this incident, have asked that until further information on this case be determined, the hotel remain unnamed, and further details not be published.
Miss Tyler, who is more notably known for being the poster girl for the Fellowship of the Sun, has stated that she is uncertain if this was the reason for her abduction. "I honestly don't know if that is the case, but I'm more than willing to work with police to get to the bottom of this."
With the Fellowship's Light of Day Institute Leadership Conference beginning in just a few short weeks, the Reverend Newlin had the following comment; "While we can't say for certain whether it was a creature of darkness that is responsible for abducting and harming Miss Tyler, we can say that we never lost faith that she would be returned to us. This only makes our convictions stronger, and our will to survive all the more valid. The human race needs to be protected from monsters — all monsters that would seek to harm an innocent young woman."
