IC: Blood Supply Critical

The Red Cross of the Metroplex reports there is a critical shortage of blood due to the increasing demand of the refugees coming in. Blood donation sites are located around the city; the Main branch of the Dallas Public Library, St. Cecelia's, Kidd Spring Recreation Center and others.
