OOC: Soft-Opening

It's official.

The game is ready and waiting for applicants. We may only be in a 'beta' opening, but everyone is welcome. We're allowing people through character generation, allowing them to hit the grid, and most assuredly allowing RP.

There are just a few small pieces of code to tweak and fix up for everyone, and general growing pains to get through, but…
