Synopsis
February 11, 2005 - Abbey, Jamal, and Lillian happen upon Orion in the park right after he has shifted back into a human. Unfortunately he is still coming down from his shift and comes across as quite insane. Mischa shows up later and sets Orion off again.
Setting
Kidd Spring Park:
The remnants of the dense forestry are located in here, as paths lead from the woods to the more entertaining features of the park. A jungle gym, complete with a small clubhouse and slides make up a play area designated for children, as do a few sandboxes. A community rec center can also be found in the park.
Separating the trees from the busier points of the park is small lake. During the summer months, a life guard can be found on duty so swimming is allowed, and there is also a small dock from which paddle boats and kayaks are available for rent.
Cast
Abbey:
There's no telling what her age is, somewhere in the early twenty's if someone was to guess. Her height is about 5'9 a bit on the tall side but nothing that abnormal. Long bright red-orange, lose spiral curls are found upon her, it flows down to her mid back and can be often found pulled into a pony tail to keep it out of the way. A few lose curls fall to either side of her cheeks, and bangs rest just a bit above her eyes.
Clothing at the moment a black short sleeved shirt that shows off her tattooed arms without a problem, match black leather pants and black boots. A thick leather cord rests around her neck with a pewter dragon charm upon it, the two inch charm holds within its grasping forepaws is a pale blue gem.
Three golden studs can be found upon the edge of both ears, another silver stud found in her right eyebrow. She also has a good collection of tattoos and scars. An old small slightly jagged scar rests across her right cheek, others found elsewhere on her. Black tribal like tattoo markings curl around and then down both of her forearms to circle around her wrists in a Celtic knot work pattern. Other tattoos are unseen thanks to her clothing. Her eyes are an interesting pale icy blue color; rather eerie in a way which tends to make her stand out if anyone pays enough attention to her.
___
Jamal:
Jamal is a tall, lanky young man, maybe a little awkward and not yet full grown, as evidenced by enormous hands and feet. He has rich brown skin to go with his tight-curled black hair and broad-nosed face, but his eyes are an incongruous gray-green.
He wears what he likes. Today, he likes to wear blue jeans - quite new, that look like they were trashed by a professional jeans-trasher - and a warm new sweatshirt that says 'Hard Rock, New Orleans' His shoes are also new, or at any rate clean. He's coming up in the world. He wears no jewelry except a single gold stud in one ear; he wears no watch. There is however a chain running from (presumably) a belt loop to (presumably) a back pocket, securing his (presumed) wallet to his person.
___
Lillian:
While many pretty young women attract attention with their soft, innocent looks, Lillian's beauty has a definite edge that sets her apart as a woman driven by her passion to succeed in life. At a statuesque five-foot-seven in height, she is lean-muscled, yet blessed with the feminine curves that easily attracts the eyes. Her attractive features are blessed with an ageless mystique and an almost elfin-mischief; the best guess would put her in her mid-twenties. Her skin tone is an even tan, with remarkably unblemished complexion.
The corners of her lips curl into a natural smile, and refined elegance on her arched brows, there is a hint of dangerous mischief in her seductive, hazel eyes; her delicate nose and mouth manage to hide part of her predatory aura, but her essence cannot be wholly suppressed. Her hair is a long mane of midnight curls, the long bangs reaching but also bringing out her exotically-hued eyes.
Her attire is both stunning and daring: it consists of a black-and-white striped corset top that nicely shows off her bare shoulders and a view of her generous cleavage. Somehow she seems unbothered by the way the corset tightens around her waist, before it flares out to a translucent, long black-lace skirt that reaches her ankles. Under the skirt she wears a pair of black shorts, her legs obscured by the lace, until they end in a pair of black ankle-height boots with two-inch heels.
___
Mischa:
This man stands at around 6'1", his posture almost always a little slouchy. He's of average build without much strength behind him, but he's not puny either. His short dark brown hair seems to be constantly tousled, almost spiky, as if he runs fingers through it often. His somewhat sharp facial features suggest a Russian heritage, as does the slight Russian accent in his voice. Mischa's baby blues are hidden behind a pair of thin wire-framed glasses.
His attire is generally rather formal. A crisp button-down white shirt, a boring black tie, a sweater vest, black slacks, and shined loafers seem to make up the general gamut of his wardrobe.
___
Orion:
You see a man in his mid thirties who stands a little over six feet and weighs approximately 180 pounds. One can tell by looking at him that he works out regularly. His face is rugged but attractive, usually with a couple of days worth of stubble on his cheek. His hair is brownish red and cropped short, spiking up a bit on top. His eyes are deep gold and appear to be almost an unnatural shade. He bears a tattoo of a paw print on his left upper arm. When the man speaks, he has a very distinct Irish accent. It is strong, but not to the point that he is difficult to understand.
The man is wearing a tight fitting brown shirt with blue jeans. He has brown boots on and a silver watch on his right wrist. His ears are each pierced with a silver ring, and he has mirrored sunglasses pushed up on his head.
Scene
The night is cool, but not to the extent of being uncomfortable. A pleasant breeze ruffles the branches of the trees and the light from the city is dimmed enough that the stars are visible. There do not appear to be any people in the park, but it is a strange time for a jog. A strange time for normal folk, perhaps, but Orion finds it to be quite perfect to suit his needs. Abbey had mentioned going out to the wilds on nights of the full moon, and it gave him the idea to come out here tonight and let his inner animal out…Literally. After about an hour of playing ‘Dodge the Night Guard, Chase the Raccoon’ Orion has decided to shift back into his human form. He is currently putting the clothing back on that he had hidden in the more woodsy section of the park.
___
Human form is a /great/ idea, as far as Lillian is concerned. She's certainly not out here chasing raccoons or marking her territory, but rather she is carefully picking her way through the bushes near the edge of the woods, with a candle in one hand to provide lighting. What? No flashlight? Whatever she is looking for, Lillian seems to have found it, as she lowers herself to a crouch and starts picking at something in the undergrowth. As she rises back to her feet, she catches sight of a man further into the forest. She peers - is he taking his clothes off or putting them on?
___
Jamal appears to be out for a constitutional. In the dark. His skin is dark, his clothes are dark, and he'd almost pass for invisible out here, which may be why he's whistling something intricate, cheerful, and beautiful. His whistle pinpoints his location like a searchlight.
___
There is another wandering around through the darkness, an while Orion is able to let his other side out Abbey isn't that lucky. Being a wolf around here would be a real problem after all. Still Abbey doesn't have a problem wandering around at night, which is what she happens to be doing at the moment. A burning cigarette resting between her lips while her pale gaze drifts around the area. A whistle is picked up an a few scents but so far not to much else.
___
Orion is currently trying to put on his pants, but after running around on all fours for an hour standing on two legs is slightly awkward. He stumbles slightly and catches a bit of light out of the corner of his eye. Is that a…Candle? There's a person over there! How long has he or she been there? Orion tries to dress a bit more quickly but gets tangled up and falls down, emitting a fairly dog-like yelp despite the fact he is in human form. He manages to put the rest of his clothes on and darts out of the trees slightly away from Lillian, if she didn’t see him maybe shell think he's just out for a stroll.
It appears that the light distracted Orion to the point that he did not hear Jamal’s whistling. But suddenly the sound is very close. Orion turns suddenly and is only a few feet from the man. "Aaa! Oh…I mean…Hello." Orion's shirt is on backward, his fly is down, and one of his shoes is untied, but other than that he looks perfectly normal. "Wait, weren't you at that bar the other night?" He catches a glimpse of the cigarette’s cherry in the darkness. Three people, maybe this place isn't as secluded as he'd thought. Granted, they must have shown up after he had shifted back, otherwise he would have been able to smell them.
___
Jamal is startled to suddenly be addressed. He pauses, hands in his pocket. "Um, yes I was."
___
Lillian is momentarily distracted by the whistling, turning in the general direction of that inky dude triapsing about in the dark. Until it becomes obvious that it's actually in the vicinity of the partially-dressed man in the bushes, at whom she peers more closely with the candle held high. In fact, did the candle just burn brighter? It certainly looks like it did, which gives her a better view of the two men. "Huh." She muses with wonderment at the sight. Two men in the bushes, one of them with his fly open. How…. suspicious.
___
Abbey lifts her head slightly, her gaze drifting towards the sudden quick movement and then the voices that cut through the darkness. One she knows at least, and the scent only confirms her though on it. She moves onwards heading towards where the voice are coming from, cigarette still burning as she goes. A glance is offered to Jamal and then Orion once she spots them. "Evening.." Is said with a friendly tone. Her gaze then turns to the smell of a candle burning and she curiously peers at Lillian. A candle?.. That's well different.
You aren't carrying anything.
___
The initial shock of running into a bunch of people having worn off, Orion takes a moment to adjust his clothing and zip up, though the shirt’s still on backwards. It’s dark though, so maybe no one will notice. Abbey is the source of the cigarette it seems, and Orion greets her with a relieved smile. Well that’s two people he’s at least slightly familiar with. The third he is not familiar with, though she apparently has a Zippo candle. He looks at the three of them. “Um…Lovely evening for a walk, eh?” He mutters sheepishly in his Irish accent. He smiles, hoping to seem as normal as possible. Except there appears to be a bit of grayish fur sticking out of his teeth?. That is probably not normal.
___
Jamal says, "Uh. You, uh, jog in de altogethah? I seen people jog barefoot, but nevah completely bare. I, uh." He glances around, as the others come nearer. "Wow. We dang neah got us a party heah. You aint a vampiah though. You was in dat vampiah bah, but you ain't no vampire. You move too much. Smile too much. Breathe too much."
___
Lillian has more than just a zippo-candle - she also has a backpack in her other hand. Tilting her head at the gathered people - now a trio - she clears her throat and decides to be sociable, even in a place like this. "Hello!" She greets cheerfully, almost inappropriately so, as she moves cautiously towards the group, even as the candle continues to provide quite-adequate illumination for the area. "Popular spot for…. whatever it is you fine folks are doing out here?" Her own accent marks her as non-local, almost similar to Orion's Irish lilt… but not quite.
___
Abbey hums faintly while she lifts her hand taking hold of the cigarette and flicks the ash to the ground. "Evening Orion." She offers with her own Irish accent, looks like its Irish day, or perhaps night? "Always nicetime for a walk." There is a pause as she peers at Orion seeming to pick up on him having something between his teeth? She clears her throat slightly and is rather unsure what to saya bout it for the moment. Her gaze turns to the new voice and a slight nod is offered to Lillian. "Evening."
___
Damn! Jamal must have noticed his less than dressed start. "I was…Um…" Orion looks around quickly and spots the lake. "Skinny dipping? Dont tell anybody." Yes, the perfect excuse for being undressed in the bushes, completely dry, on a chilly night, and on the other side of the path from the lake. Completely unquestionable. He glances at Abbey and shrugs, but she seems to be looking at his teeth. He stops smiling and feels something with his tongue. Oh yeah, the raccoon. He attempts to nonchalantly pick the fur out of his teeth, trying to make it look like he's biting his thumb nail. "And no, I'm definitely not a vampire. I like the sun too much." He looks around at the others, "No offense to any vampires here." He glances back at Lillian. "A candle? Aren't you afraid of it burning out? I mean, a flashlight seems safer."
___
Jamal peers around him. "My goo'ness. You all ain't no mo' fum Dallas den I am. Wheah you all fum?" He steps back. As the two women come near, they form a rough polygon, if not exactly a square. "So." He looks back at Orion. "You get yosef eaten alive by mosquitos, you run 'round nekkid in dis city." If he sees the man de-furring his front teeth, he doesn't mention it. Then he says to Abbey, "I think you was in de bar too, yeah? I think I saw you. Hi, ma'am." That's to Lillian.
___
It is to Abbey that Lillian offers up a cheerful, broad smile, along with a wiggle of her fingers in greeting. Turning her to the men then, she shakes her head. "I always use Energizer candles. You know what they say." She pauses and glances around the small gathering of people. "This is a really strange way of meeting people." She murmurs, before peering at Orion's teeth-picking a tad suspiciously.
___
Abbey peers at Orion as he goes about picking his teeth, at last he got the point so she looks off and to Jamal as he goes on about something dealing with Dallas. She smirks faintly. "Well.. I'm from Ireland actually.." There is a pause as her phone suddenly goes off and she blinks while taking it from her pocket and grumbles faintly to herself at the number. A slight glance is offered back to Orion. "I talked to that friend of mine.. He wants to set up a date to talk about work related information.." Which actually means, I talked to my shifter friend and he said he'll help you. Hopfully Orion will understand what she means. Another drag is taken from the cigarette. "You all have a good night.." This said while she offers a smile and waves to the three as she starts to wander off down the path.
___
Orion decides to no longer make reference to the fact that he was or was not allegedly naked at some point in this park, hoping they will forget about it. He catches Lillian looking at him suspiciously and looks suddenly paranoid. "Um…Nothing! It's nothing! Ignore me! I mean, Ireland, yes! Me too. Abbey and I are from the same town, actually." Abbeys phone goes off and he jumps slightly, looking around for the source of the sound before realizing it was just that, a phone. He seems to be acting really strange tonight, and while the others may think that he is on drugs, it is actually just another side effect of having recently shifted. Sometimes his mind takes a little time to adjust back to completely human if he's been shifted for a while.
Orion looks a little confused at Abbey's message. After she walks away he seems to understand and waves to her, calling out "Oh! Ok! I'll call you later." He turns back to the others and takes a deep breath. "Um…So…Oh, right. Jamal, I forgot. And NEW Orleans, not Orlean, that makes sense.” He turns to Lillian, feeling now obligated to give his name as well. "I'm Orion. Like the constellation."
___
Jamal says, "What? All three of you is from Ireland? Das some kinda big coincidence, innit? unless you all move heah togethah? I's de only person I know heah fum N'awlins. I's makin all kindsa new acquaintances. Even a couple vampiahs. Some of dem drop de whole "I's a big scary monstah an I gonna eat you if you piss me off' act, if you get dem by demselfs."
___
Lillian waves absently as Abbey leaves the area, giving her an opportunity to focus on the men now. "No, no. I'm not from Ireland, although I have visited a few times and it's a positively stunning place." For the moment, her curious gaze shifts to Jamal. "Aren't you that fellow who stopped by my store the other night?" Just to be sure, she lowers the candle a bit to illuminate Jamal's mug. And while she's at it, Lillian turns the candle towards Orion next. Nonchalantly, she points a finger at her own teeth, then at Orion. "You missed a piece. You swallowed a duck by accident, I presume?" She deadpans.
___
Orion covers his mouth after Lillian mentions that he's still got stuff in there. He tries to clean it out a little better. "No! I just…Um…" He nods as he listens to Jamal, happy to change the subject. "Yes, well. The only vampire I kind of met was a bit scary. I actually did fear that…" There is a sudden crash in the trees, nothing too loud, probably just a branch falling. "Oh-my-god-what-was-that!?" Orion hunches over slightly and stares intently at the woods. "Did you hear that? I heard that. Do you think it was that raccoon? Stupid raccoon thinks he's better than everyone else. No! Maybe it was a vampire! Ashley said they have good hearing. Maybe they heard you, Jamal." Orion stops his sudden tirade and looks up at the two of them, realizing he PROBABLY seems a bit crazy right now. "Um…I had a lot of coffee?"
___
Jamal purses his lips judiciously. He looks as though he might be thinking of taking a few steps back, though - brave boy! - he stays standing there. He says "My mam always says, don' drink coffee afta five in the aftanoon if you wanna sleep at night. Now I's workin nights, I think I's livin on coffee. But you gotta work up to it o it leave you a jittery mess."
___
Lillian lifts a brow at Orion as he starts to go off and babble, acting all jumpy by that little crashing noise. "Yessss, riiiiight." She replies slowly. "Sounds like a delicious meal you had, duck with coffee." The young woman quips, and as she casts a sidelong glance back at Jamal, the candle light seems to shift back to him as well. "Wise woman, your mum. The coffee they serve here in Texas are downright toxic. I use it to dissolve my victims."
___
It takes all of Orion’s will power to divert his attention away from the trees, and even at that he casts frequent glances toward them. In response to Jamal's statement he nods. "Right. I haven't had any in a while. Probably shouldn't have gone with a triple espresso." Orion squints slightly as he happens to look directly into the candle's flame. "I didn’t eat a duck, why would I…" He stops and looks at Lillian suspiciously before deciding that she probably does not truthfully dissolve people in coffee. "Eat a duck? That's just unsanitary."
___
It's a sleepless night for Mischa. He's currently decided to take a nice long walk about town, and that's led him down to one of the many parks in Dallas. It just so happens that it's this one. The shouting about raccoons has drawn the librarian's attention, and Mischa can't help but notice the group of people that stand in the park this time of night. If he has any amount of common sense that tells him he shouldn't be approaching strangers in the night in a park, it doesn't kick in. When Mischa gets close enough, he recognizes Lillian and gives her a wide smile — before he notices the fact that Orion seems a tad agitated. "Oh. Is…uh, everything alright then?"

When Mischa gets close enough, he recognizes Lillian and gives her a wide smile — before he notices the fact that Orion seems a tad agitated. "Oh. Is…uh, everything alright then?"
___
Lillian allows a lopsided grin to spread across her lips, taking obvious pleasure from messing with the men. "No, I don't really dissolve victims." She confesses, but adds in a murmur. "Not with coffee, anyway." Clearing her throat, she is about to continue when Mischa suddenly appears from out of nowhere. "Why hello there." She turns and greets the librarian with a beaming smile. "What brings you out here at this time of day? Oh…" Remembering the others, Lillian gestures at Orion and Jamal with her candle. "…you might like this handsome fellow. Methinks he was confusing himself for a badger earlier. Did you say you were swimming nude in the water before swallowing a duck?"
___
Orion is finally starting to sober up from his shift. He's still getting occasional blips of canine thought, but aside from that he seems to be recovering nicely. And then Mischa arrives…But Orion is currently looking at Jamal, preparing to make a witty retort about duck feathers. When he hears another voice, he turns slowly to face this new person, "I am not a badger. I don't even think badgers live around…here." Orion has not met Mischa before, and although Orion can't quite put his finger on it there is something very interesting about Mischa. Something strange is happening inside of him, but he's not quite sure what it is. The distraction is enough to let the canine mind take over for a couple of seconds, "Hey someone new! Look someone new is here! Do you see him? I see him." He moves over to Mishca and…sniffs him. But it is at this precise moment that Orion regains control of his mind. He stops, pretends to pick an errant strand of something off of Mishca's shoulder and backs up. "You had a…Thing…On your shirt…"
___
Jamal says "Badgers? We don't need no stinking badgers!" This cracks him up, so there he is, whooping and laughing like an idiot. Well, the entire situation is absurd: 4 strangers standing around in the dark in a park at night, talking about ducks, badgers, and skinnydipping. You have to laugh.
___
Mischa doesn't laugh. He just sort of stares for a long moment, raising a brow at Lillian first. "Handsome gentleman?" Waiwha? He shakes his head and clears his throat softly. "I couldn't sleep, I thought I would benefit if I stretched my legs for a bit." Then he pauses. "Do I smell dog?" Suddenly Mischa is brushing his shirt with his fingers quite thoroughly, clearing his throat once more. "Sorry, my cat…it's shedding right now." Mischa looks to Jamal and then back to Lillian, adjusting his glasses on his nose. He chews at his lip thoughtfully for a moment before smiling at Orion nervously, nodding to him. "Your, uh, shirt. It's on backwards. Have you all been standing out here long…?"
___
Lillian would no doubt share Jamal's mirth - after all, she's deliberately adding confusion to the situation and poking jokes. Except, that is, Orion's sudden and unexpected sniff at Mischa's chest. She is clearly taken aback, brows going up in obvious surprise. And nervousness. "Dog?" She takes a cautious step back, her gaze going to Mischa now. "You smell dog? Where?"
___
Jamal can't quite control the giggles. His laughter has subsided, but fresh giggles keep breaking out. Maybe he's overtired. He tries to tell Mischa how long they've been here, not that he actually knows, but he has to clap his hands over his mouth because 'ten' turns into something else entirely.
___
Orion is silent for a couple moments, just kind of eyeing Mischa and trying to decide what would have triggered that kind of response in him. He'll figure that out later, right now he need to concentrate on acting as normal as possible. "Uh, yeah. I mean no! There are no dogs here. None. I haven't seen any dogs all night." Ok, that was an odd thing to say. "Yeah I must have put it on backwards earlier. Odd day, you know?" He shakes his head and looks apologetically at Mischa and Lillian. "I'm sorry, I'm not usually like this. I don't know what's wrong with me today. Jamal, you met me the other day. I'm normal usually, right?" He turns to Jamal for agreement, although their meeting the other day was very brief. He twitches an eyebrow and looks back at Lillian. "No. No dogs. He must be smelling things." He turns back to Jamal. "Oh hush! It's not funny!"
___
Mischa sniffs the air once more and glances at Orion for a long few moments before looking to Lillian. "Sorry, I must have been tragically mistaken." He shrugs his shoulders a little bit and takes his glasses off, beginning to delicately polish them on his shirt. Jamal's laughing causes him to squint at the man for a moment before he replaces the glasses on the bridge of his nose and inches slowly closer to Lillian, since she seems to be the most 'together' out of any of them. Mischa looks towards Orion and chews his lower lip again before shrugging his shoulders. "We all have our 'off' days. Don't beat up on yourself too hard. ..But is there someone we can call for you?"
___
Lillian relaxes a little at Orion's and Mischa's reassurances, but not quite back to her earlier, teasing self. She turns the Energizer Candle around a few times, as if checking for an unseen dog in the vicinity. Jamal's laughter gets a look from her, but Lillian turns her gaze back towards Mischa. In fact, at his shirt. "What an odd evening. This fellow…. I'm sorry, you said your name was Orion, yes? Orion here had duck feathers in his teeth, and you have cat hair all over your shirt. It's like a Steve Irwin Special out here."
___
Jamal's voice squeaks a little. He controls it and says "When I met you in de vampiah bah, you was a perfectly nomal human bein. If nomal human beins go into vampiah bahs. But *I* was deah too, sooooo yeah, I guess you's nomal all right." To Mischa he says, "Sorry, my name's Jamal. I's new to de city. I jess got a job at de Hotel Carmilla."
___
Orion seems to be calming down again inside. Whatever Mischa triggered inside of him seems to have just been an initial thing, and now that it's over he is able to regain his humanity to some extent. He sighs and smiles at the others, definitely looking a bit more together already. "Oh no, I'll be fine in a couple of minutes. Just need to calm down a bit is all…From the coffee I drank." Maybe if he's lucky they'll just think he's on drugs. "But I'll be fine. I don't live too far from here. And my bike's out at the entrance." The man puts his hands on his hips and frowns at Lillian. "I did not have duck feathers in my teeth. It was spinach. SPINACH. You know, normal people food." He nods after that, "But yes, Orion." He points a thumb to Jamal, "And see? He can vouch that I'm a normal guy…Who occasionally wanders into vampire bars." He turns back to Jamal now. "Hotel Carmilla…Why have I heard that name before?"
___
An affable nod is given to Jamal. "Pleased to meet you, Jamal. Mischa Alexandrov… I'm a librarian." And lo, though many people may not think being a librarian is exciting, Mischa seems to take a certain amount of pride in his work. He takes in a deep breath and glances towards Orion once more before he turns back to Lillian, quirking a brow. "Duck feathers?" He absent mindedly starts to brush his shirt once more while eyeing the group at large. "Alright then. If, ah, you're all alright then I think I'm going to just…go home or something." Away from other people, at the very least. He starts to take a few quick steps back, nodding to them. "Nice to see you again, Miss Haul. And nice to meet you both as well."
___
Jamal says, "Probly in de bar. Look, I gotta go. Um. Nice ta meetcha, mista Alexandrof. See ya 'roun, Orion, an…lady." He turns and quite literally vanishes into the darkness. Is it a trick of the lack of light, his cark clothes, hair, skin? Maybe."
___
Looks like the party's breaking up, so Lillian summons up a polite smile and wiggles her fingers at Mischa. "Likewise, Mr. Alexandrov. Do come visit again soon." Jamal? He ran off too quick for Lillian to give a proper farewell, so that leaves Orion. With a bemused smile on her lips, Lillian steps towards him and leans forward - it's her turn to sniff near his chin and jaw. "That, Mr. Orion, is not the scent of spinach." She leans back and shrugs. "In any case, I do apologize for catching you with your fly open. I promise I will be more… stealthy next time."
___
Orion frowns at Mischa, "Spinach. Not fur…Or feathers, rather." He frowns when the other man backs away so quickly. "Oh, er. Bye then!" He turns around to acknowledge Jamal again but he seems to have disappeared. "Oh, I'm just scaring everyone away tonight, aren't I?" He rubs the back of his head and grins sheepishly, stopping and looking at Lillian oddly after she sniffs him. "Hey it is too spinach! Maybe I ate something else. You shouldn't just go sniffing people's faces, what if they're vampires or something?" He shakes his head and sighs. "Alright well I promise next time we meet I'll be a bit less…Odd." He nods to the woman and backs down one of the trails toward the entrance of the park. "Nice meeting you. Travel safe!" He turns and jogs into the night.
